In-person Coaching

To make the most of our time together, I recommend we meet in person whenever possible. The coaching room serves as a safe space to confront and ultimately embrace your paradox. Along the way, you’ll explore and try out new avenues in your experience of being, and maybe remap some old ones. In this process, you will benefit from an environment unentangled with your preconditioned mode of being.

Term Commitments

Practically, committing to a timeline provides structure for setting and working toward meaningful goals. On a deeper level, it reflects your dedication to the process itself. Each term commitment includes weekly coaching sessions or two sessions per calendar month, based on your preference. Terms run for 3, 6, or 12 months, with a lower effective per-session rate that reflects the depth, consistency, and momentum built through ongoing work. Twice-monthly commitments include 6, 12, or 24 sessions, respectively.

Twice monthly | $1,350 · $2,700 · $5,400

Telecoaching

When you are unable to make it to the office, telecoaching brings the coaching room to you. We use Zoom for video conferencing sessions. Any webcam-enabled computer, tablet, or mobile device should be compatible. For mobile devices, please download the Zoom mobile app (Android | iOS). If you need assistance, I can walk you through the setup process prior to the session. Click here to text or call!

Teamwork

As humans, we thrive through collaboration and shared purpose, finding growth and discovery in teamwork. This process, known as intersubjectivity, will serve as the foundation for creating an open and dynamic space for connection, creativity, and progress within your organization. Together, your team will cultivate understanding and shared goals, fostering a renewed sense of purpose and cohesion in an authentic, judgment-free environment.
